On one side is the settlement dated August 21, 1904 between Karbalayi Kazim, son of the late Mirza [illegible] from Lahijan, and Haj Ramazan, son of Mashhadi Mulla Baba from Dumuchal [Dumchal], over connected and seperate pieces of land in Dumuchal [Dumchal] village, which Karbalayi Kazim inherited from his mother and his brother, for four hundred twenty-five tumans and five thousand dinars. On the other side is a copy of Haj Ramazan's will (dated January 15, 1905), in which he named his son Ghulam Aqa Shaykh Hasan the executor of his will and appointed him to manage his properties. After greetings, the writer informs the addressee about their arrival and mentions giving up the garden since there was no one to plow and take care of it, that the girls, Sayyidah Tahirah, and Sayyid Abu Turab are doing well; requests some pills for Sayyid Abu Turab; discusses getting two tumans from Karbalayi Aqa Riza and praying for Aqa Sayyid ‘Ali; sends greetings on behalf of Sayyid Abu Turab and the mother and sisters of the addressee; mentions the sister's request for a set of spoons and a face veil; and asks to send rice for the house.

Settlement between Gawhar Taj Khanum and her grandson, 1926
Settlement between the daughter of Ibrahim Khan Sa‘d al-Dawlah [Gawhar Taj Khanum] and her grandson, Ibrahim Khan (with guardianship of his father ‘Ali Akbar Khan As‘adi) over half of the Jahan Abad farm in Rigan for one hundred dinars and some wheat, the Bibi Zava’i garden in Mahdab and its water usage for one hundred dinars, and some crystal candies. After Gawhar Taj Khanum’s death, the income from these properties should be used for renumeration of prayers and fasts for fifty years, Qur’an recitations, offerings of food, and expenses for sending forty people to pilgrimage.
